The Gravity Forms HubSpot Add-on enables you to seamlessly send every form submission directly into your HubSpot CRM.

How It Works

This integration ensures that your website marketing data flows instantly into your sales pipeline.

Step 1: Authenticate

We can handle this step for you, or you can do it yourself:

  1. Go to Forms » Settings » HubSpot.
  2. Click Connect to HubSpot and log in to your HubSpot account.

Step 2: Map Your Fields (The "Feed")

For each form on your site (Contact Us, Request Quote, etc.), you must tell HubSpot where to put the data:

  1. Open your specific form and go to Settings » HubSpot.
  2. Create a new Feed.
  3. Map Fields: Match your "Email" form field to HubSpot's "Email" property. Do the same for Name, Phone, and Company.
  4. Lifecycle Stage: Automatically tag new submissions as "Lead" or "Marketing Qualified Lead" depending on the form.
