The WP All Export WooCommerce Add-On makes it simple to export your store's products, orders, customers, and coupons to CSV, Excel, or XML files. It is included with every WebOps hosting plan, no extra license to purchase.
What Can You Export?
With the WooCommerce Add-On active alongside WP All Export Pro, you can export virtually any data from your store:
- Products, including variations, images, attributes, categories, and custom fields
- Orders, including line items, shipping info, and customer data
- Customers, including contact information, purchase history, and account details
- Coupons, including discount codes, usage limits, and expiration dates
Exports can be saved as CSV, Excel (XLS/XLSX), or XML, whichever format works best for your needs.
Step 1: Choose What to Export
From the WordPress dashboard, head to All Export → New Export. The first screen asks what you want to pull data from:

Pick "Specific Post Type" and select Products, Orders, Customers, or Coupons from the dropdown. The "WP_Query Results" option is for advanced filtering when you need to query data programmatically.
Step 2: Drag and Drop the Fields You Want
The plugin's drag-and-drop builder lets you choose exactly which fields to include, rename columns, and reorder them. There is no coding required:

The default product columns are pre-loaded (ID, Title, SKU, Product Type, etc.) and the Available Data sidebar groups every other field by category, so you can drag in exactly what you need: variation data, stock levels, custom meta fields, ACF fields, and more.
Step 3: Save, Run, and Schedule
Once your export is configured, save it. The Manage Exports screen lets you re-run it on demand, view the last run, change the file format, or set up automated scheduling:

"Run Export" generates the file on demand. "Scheduling Options" lets you set the export to run automatically on any interval (daily, weekly, custom cron) so your data feed stays current without manual work.
Common Use Cases
Migrating Products Between Stores
Moving to a new WooCommerce site? Export your entire product catalog and re-import it using WP All Import Pro. The bundle export option even packages an import template with your file, so the migration is seamless.
Product Feeds for Google Shopping and Marketplaces
Create custom XML feeds formatted for Google Merchant Center, Facebook Catalog, or other marketplaces. Set up a schedule so your feed updates automatically, no manual work every time you add a new product.
Inventory and Order Reports
Export orders or product stock levels to a spreadsheet for accounting, inventory planning, or sharing with suppliers. Scheduled exports can run automatically and even push files to Google Sheets or Dropbox through Zapier integration.
Bulk Editing Products
Need to update prices, descriptions, or stock levels across hundreds of products? Export them to a spreadsheet, make your changes there, then re-import the updated file with WP All Import Pro. It is far faster than editing products one at a time.
Filtering: Export Only What You Need
Before reaching the drag-and-drop builder, the plugin offers powerful filtering. You can export only products in a specific category, only orders above a certain amount, only customers who purchased in the last 30 days, and so on. This keeps your export file focused and avoids hitting size limits when sending data to marketplaces.
Included With Your Hosting
WebOps includes agency licenses for the entire WP All Import and WP All Export suite, including the WooCommerce Add-On. There is nothing extra to buy, just let us know you would like it activated on your site.
If you would rather not manage exports yourself, or you need a custom product feed built to a specific format, our Content Operations team can set it up and keep it running for you.
